Job Responsibilities:

1、 Assist in preparing construction plans during the bidding stage and participate in client interviews and presentations;

2、 Responsible for project cost, quality, schedule, and safety management during the delivery phase, overseeing project construction and implementation;

3、Manage the execution of project contracts, lead the project team in implementing project management, review pioject plans prepared by team members in various roles, promptly develop solutions to address issues, and take accountability for project delivery;

4、 Coordinate and manage relationships with project stakeholders, including government authorities, design parties, clients, property management, and vendors; handle contract variations, additions, and deletions, as well as claimnegotiations; organize project completion and settlement with vendors and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

1、 Hold a full-time bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, interior Design, Project Management, or related fields; proficiency in English as a working language,

2、 Minimum of 8 years of experience in the same industry, with independent responsiblity for delivering projects valued at over 20 million RMB:

3、Proficient in using Project, PowerPoint, and other Ofice software; preference will be given to candidates with a First-Class Constructor certification;

4、Strong communication skills and leadership abilities, capable of immersing in project management details whilemaintaining an overall perspective, and demonstrating honesty and integrity.

岗位职责:

1、协助在投标阶段编制施工方案，参加客户面试及述标;

2、负责交付阶段的项目成本、质量、进度及安全等的管理，负责项目施工实施;

3、负责项目合同的履行，组织项目团队实施项目管理，检查项目各岗位人员项目计划，针对问题及时制定解决方案，对项目交付任务负责;

4、负责组织协调项目相关方的关系，包括政府部门、设计方、客户、物业及厂商，负责合同追加减等项目变更、索赔谈判，负责组织项目完工和厂商、分包商结算等。

任职资格:

1、统招本科以上学历，建筑/室内设计/工程管理等专业;英文可以作为工作语言;

2、具有8年以上同行业工作经验，独立负责过造价2千万以上的项目交付:

3、熟练使用project/PPT/OFFICE办公软件;具有一级建造师优先考虑;

4、具有良好的沟通技巧和领导力，项目管理细节能躬身入局，把控项目全局，诚实守信。
