Job Description 1. Develop construction plans and attend client interviews during the bidding phase. 2. Act as project manager in construction period, deliver quality customer service, and manage project cost, quality and schedule to boost client satisfaction. 3. Perform contract obligations, lead project team management, supervise work plans of subordinates, and formulate timely solutions to emerging issues. 4. Coordinate communications among internal departments, government authorities, designers, clients, property management and suppliers. 5. Negotiate project alterations and claims, and settle accounts with subcontractors and suppliers upon project completion. 6. Organize project final acceptance and handover to meet client expectations. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering Management; overseas education background preferred. 2. Minimum 8 years relevant industry working experience. 3. CET-6 or above with fluent oral English, capable of English presentation and communication with foreign clients. 4. Certified First-Class Constructor qualification preferred. 5. Proficient in Project, PPT and other Office software. 6.
