Job Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute development roadmaps and implementation plans for modular products and prefabricated material technologies of the Intelligent Manufacturing Center. Establish and continuously optimize product design and intelligent manufacturing processes. 2. Promote the application of modular and prefabricated products in turnkey design and construction projects. Oversee and review the full workflow including pre-sales, project planning, design, modeling coordination, construction support and final delivery. 3. Lead BIM engineers to collaborate cross-functionally and across project phases with designers, manufacturing plants and partners. Organize technical reviews and briefings to ensure BIM models align with design concepts and guarantee the quality of factory-manufactured products. 4. Conduct research on BIM technologies, and advance the integrated application of BIM, AI design and digital costing. Utilize AI to develop and implement digital design, quantity takeoff and model operation & maintenance at the early project stage. 5. Drive the development of spatial modular design, prefabricated materials and business partners, and maintain and upgrade the BIM model library. Promote integrated application across manufacturing and construction, and support project application and result compilation. 6. Coordinate internal and external resources to integrate intelligent manufacturing into design, production and construction, and assist with project application and achievement summarization. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management or related disciplines. 2. Minimum 5 years of BIM experience, including at least 2 years in BIM team management or leading major BIM projects. 3. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, CAD, Nano Banana and other design software. Familiar with BIM collaboration platforms such as BIM 360, Hongwa Technology and other digital tools. 4. Experienced in full-lifecycle BIM project management from planning to delivery. Proven track record of leading end-to-end BIM implementation for no fewer than two large or complex projects. 5. Strong leadership and cross-departmental coordination skills to facilitate the implementation and collaboration of intelligent manufacturing in projects. 6. Quick learner. Candidates with practical experience in combining BIM with modular products, intelligent manufacturing and prefabrication technologies are preferred. 7. Integrity, dedication and strong sense of responsibility. Possess excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning.
